Diese Position ist an beiden Standorten verfügbar: Alford und Aschau am Inn.

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Ausarbeitung, Erlangung und Verteidigung von Patenten und Gebrauchsmustern, Marken und Designs sowie Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien weltweit
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bezüglich Patentstrategie
  • Überwachung und Bewertung von Schutzrechten und Technologien des Wettbewerbs
  • Durchführung von Patentrecherchen (FTO, Patentability), deren Analyse und Auswertung
  • Mitwirkung bei Einspruchs-, Verletzungs- und Nichtigkeitsverfahren
  • Ausarbeitung und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Lizenzverträgen
  • Prüfung, Beratung und Ausarbeitung von IP-Verträgen oder IP-Vertragsbestandteilen
  • Erstellen/Prüfen von IP-relevanten Abläufen einschließlich zugehörigen IT-Prozessen
  • Beratung von Erfindern und Bewertung ihrer Erfindungen
  • Unterstützung Verwaltung /Betreuung intern genutzte IP-Software

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieur- oder naturwissenschaftliches Universitätsstudium
  • Qualifikation als deutscher Patentanwalt/Patentassessor mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung sowie vorzugsweise Qualifikation als European Patent Attorney und/oder zugelassener Vertreter vor dem Einheitlichen Patentgericht
  • Mehrjährige Tätigkeit in einer Patentanwaltskanzlei oder Patentabteilung eines Industrieunternehmens
  • Ausgeprägtes Analyse- und Urteilsvermögen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
