Responsibilities:

•           Administration of company´s letters of credits & bank guarantees

•           Opening, closing and maintaining bank accounts, leading KYC procedures requested by banks

•           Analyze FX exposure data for both cash flow and balance sheet FX risk and execute net exposures according to the companies FX policy

•           Ensure proper risk mitigation based on FX exposure analysis and accurate capture of FX transactions

•           Maintenance of hedge accounting strategies. Work closely with Accounting to accurately reflect hedging activities in financial statements including revaluation of deals.

•           Manage daily liquidity needs of various cash pools by reviewing cash flow forecast data and daily cash balances

•           Administration of Treasury Management System and e-banking user set-up

•           First point of contact for regional Treasury matters

•           Ensure compliance with current market regulations (Sanctions, EMIR…)

•           Support efforts to standardize, harmonize, digitize and automate treasury processes and participate in international digitization projects for the design of the treasury system landscape

Your Profile:

•           Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related discipline with min. 3 years work experience in Finance/ Treasury;

•           Experience as a financial analyst, accountant or comparable experience in a finance function in a multinational corporation or a bank;

•           Knowledge of FIS Integrity as TMS is desirable;

•           Flexibility, self-employment, capacity for teamwork, strong communication skills and resilience in an international environment;

•           Strong analytical skills and ability to implement and improve efficient Treasury processes;

•           Ability to work independently and analytically with high degree of accuracy, self-initiative and under time pressure;

•           Fluent in English (oral and written), knowledge of German highly beneficial.
