Tareas:

  • Procesamiento de Nóminas: Colaborar en el cálculo y procesamiento oportuno de nóminas, quincenales y planilla única.
  • Gestión de Incidencias: Recopilar y gestionar incidencias (altas, bajas, incapacidades, vacaciones, permisos, horas extras, etc.).
  • Cálculo de Deducciones e Impuestos: Apoyar en el cálculo de impuestos y retenciones de ley (ISR, Seguridad Social, etc.).
  • Atención al Personal: Resolver dudas y consultas de los empleados relacionadas con sus pagos y deducciones.
  • Cumplimiento Normativo: Asegurar que todos los procesos se realicen conforme a la legislación laboral y Fiscal (ISR) vigente. 

 

Perfil:

  • Título técnico o estudiante universitario de ultimos semestres en  Administración de Empresas
  • Mínimo seis meses de experiencia comprobable en el área de nóminas o administración de personal.
  • Manejo de paqueteria office
  • Atencion al detalle
  • Habilidades de comunicacion
