Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Projektleitung: Betreuung von Neuanläufen (SOP) sowie technischer Transfer von Werkzeugen und Anlagen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Analyse, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Spritzgussprozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Rüst- und Einrichtvorgänge: Eigenverantwortliches Bemustern und Einfahren neuer Spritzgusswerkzeuge sowie Peripheriegeräte.
  • Fehleranalyse: Systematische Fehlersuche und -behebung (Troubleshooting) bei Prozessstörungen zur Minimierung von Ausschuss.
  • Fehlerbehebung: Ursachenanalyse bei Qualitätsmängeln und Störungen im laufenden Betrieb.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung der Bauteilqualität gemäß Spezifikationen
  • Wissenstransfer: Fachliche Anleitung, Schulung und Unterstützung von Kollegen und Schichtmitarbeitern.

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststofftechnik mit entsprechender Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufspraxis und sicherer Umgang in der Prozessentwicklung bzw. als Spritzgussexperte  (Fokus auf Rundtischmaschinen und Vollelektrische horizontale Spritzgussmaschinen Engel, Arburg, Wittmann-Battenfeld, Werkzeuginnendrucksensorik, Heisskanalsysteme, voll- und teilautomatische SG-Anlagen mit Linear- und Mehrachsrobotern, Umspritzen von pyrotechnischen Einlegeteilen mit technischen Kunststoffen
  • Arbeitsweise: Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in modernen industriellen Prozesstechniken.
  • Sehr gute Englischkennntisse in Wort und Schrift.
