Your tasks

  • Rollouts and implementations for Production and Quality applications and infrastructure.
  • Work in partnership with business leaders, vendors and other IT areas to provision and run operational services for all Production and Quality systems and platforms within the region. This includes Shopfloor Monitoring & Management, Process Execution Control, Manufacturing Execution Systems Platforms, Production Logistics, Traceability, Mistake-Proofing, and Virtual Process Engineering.  
  • Overall responsibility for successful daily support of Production IT services in all production locations worldwide
  • Enable and actively contribute to the I4.0 strategy for production
  • Establish effective and efficient processes to deliver IT Production services to the business requirements including the interconnection of other Function Centers that supply Production systems via ERP.
  • Drives IT-enabled innovation and continuous improvement in area of responsibility
  • Support compliance in area of responsibility, especially concerning software license management
  • Drives and support projects and small orders improvements according with the business and customers’ requirements, following the IT standards and process defined

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, computer science or engineering
  • 7-8 Years of experience
  • Operational excellence, critical thinking, communication, and research skills
  • In depth business understanding – IT operations in a factory environment
  • Windows servers and network configuration and troubleshooting
  • Scripting experience with Python or other languages
  • SCADA, MES and IT Manufacturing Solid Knowledge (Minimum of 3 years).
  • Availability to support On Call rotation
