Location: Chennai – Hybrid (4 days in office) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 5–7 years

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Implement automation solutions: Design, test, and deploy automation software.

  • Translate business requirements: Convert client needs into scalable technology solutions.

  • Drive best practices: Ensure coding, design, quality, and performance standards are upheld.

  • Python expertise: Apply strong coding skills to automation projects.

  • Adapt to new technologies: Explore emerging tools for better architectural solutions.

  • Document techniques: Maintain clear records of development methods.

  • Stakeholder collaboration: Build and sustain strong working relationships.

  • Mentorship & leadership: Guide the automation team, conduct training, and support recruitment.

🔹 Your Profile

  • Education: Higher education in IT or related technical field.

  • UiPath expertise: 5–7 years of development experience with UiPath and object-oriented programming.

  • Advanced UiPath skills: Knowledge of Document Understanding & IXP is an advantage.

  • Workflow conceptualization: Ability to interpret business processes and design automated solutions.

  • Certification: UiPath Developer Certificate required.

  • Communication skills: Present technical details effectively to non-technical audiences.

  • Team coordination: Strong interpersonal skills for reporting and collaboration.

  • Language proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Community exposure: Engagement with UiPath communities is a plus.
