Responsabilities

  • Execute product costings
  • Ensure the update of the Product Financials for all Development programs on alignment with GDPEP process and technical changes 
  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of All Product Bussines case financials (Lifecycle) made in DIV R in line with rules and regulations of Finance Direction
  • Continuously drive Profitability Focus of the cross functional team
  • Drive first time right quality mindset into all areas of the Cross Functional team and foster accountability and commitment among all stakeholders
  • Consolidation of individual Product Financials to Platform Summaries across OEM’S/Regions/Bu’s.
  • Support Global Business Analysis process with technical and financial improvement ideas to further develop digitalization, Standardization and Data Quality

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Engineering
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • English - Advanced
  • Deep understanding of Product Costing as well as good technical understanding of Manufacturing Processes &Design processes
  • Knowledge about Product portfolio and experience within an Engineering/Manufacturing/Finance related field.
  • Experience with database programs (Excel, Pivot Tables, PoweBI)
  • Distinct analytical capabilities, solution oriented, and accuracy/detail orientation
  • Strong communication skills in an international context
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative and internal team environment.
