This position ensures to plan, lead, and execute Human Resources strategies that ensure the attraction, development, retention, and legal compliance of talent, aligning human capital initiatives with business objectives, organizational culture, and the labor market conditions of Chihuahua, Mexico.

 

Your Tasks

  • Control of Headcount according to the plant's annual budget.
  • Develop and execute the annual Human Resources strategy
  • Ensure compliance with legal provisions on Training and Labor Relations.
  • Lead and mentor HR teams (recruitment, payroll, training)
  • Carry out its activities in compliance with the Safety, Quality and Environmental systems established by the company.
  • Manage labor relations and union negotiations.
  • Implement retention, engagement, and succession programs
  • Authority to sanction personnel who are engaged in improper activities within the work area
  • Authority to stop any work or activity that represents any harm to personnel due to poor implementation by carrying out a stoppage in the activity that puts at risk the safety and health of whoever is carrying it out.

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong preference for experience in Manufacturing
  • Strategic leadership
  • Effective communication and negotiation
  • Conflict resolution and labor relations management
  • Decision-making and problem-solving
  • English advance
