Your Tasks

  • Manage, Operate, and support servers. ​​
  • Perform Level II incident and problem management for MES, SCADA, and Shopfloor IT systems, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes
  • Monitor MES/SCADA system health, performance, and availability using logging, alarms, and system KPIs
  • Execute and support Change Management activities impacting production systems (planned downtime, validation, rollback)
  • ​Work in partnership with Production leaders and other IT areas to provision and run operational IT services for Production systems and platforms. This includes Shopfloor Monitoring & Management, MES Traceability systems and SCADA Controls systems.
  • This position has responsibility on MES around the installation of systems on Windows platforms, configuration of interfaces with ERP/PLC/OPC, TCP/IP, working with databases.
  • Overall responsibility for successful daily support of Production IT services in area of responsibility.
  • Support IT projects according to the business and customers’ requirements, following the IT standards and process defined.
  • MES & SCADA systems new version deployments including Oracle & Microsoft SQL scripts, Windows server (IIS, windows Desktop application).
  • Understanding of ISA-95 / Purdue Model concepts
  • Practical experience with industrial communication protocols: OPC UA / DA

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is required.
  • Solid base on IT MES/ SCADA integration experience
  • Servers’ management desired. 
  • Visual Studio 2022 knowledge (C#, VB .Net, ASP)
  • Scripting to automate tasks, (Power Shell, Python)
  • A demonstrated ability for managing large/ complex projects preferred.
  • Critical thinking, communication, and research skills
  • 2 years of professional experience preferred.
  • MES platforms, SCADA systems
  • OPC servers (e.g., Kepware or similar)
  • SQL management tools (SSMS, Oracle tools)
  • Windows Server, IIS
  • Source control (Git / Azure DevOps – basic user level)
  • Monitoring and logging tools
  • English speaking and writing skills.
  • ITIL Knowledge.
  • Business empathy​​
  • Expertise in technologies and workplace​​
  • Vendor and SLA management​​
  • User Centric focus​
  • Knowledge of MES, SCADA, and IT Manufacturing systems.
  • Understanding of Database (Oracle, MSSQL) and Server Technologies
