Responsabilities

·  Programación & Desarrollo aplicaciones, soporte y desarrollo de sistemas de PLC multi‑marca (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, etc.).

·  Diagnóstico y solución de fallas en sistemas de control, automatización y equipos industriales.

·  Conocimiento de protocolos Industriales, (Profinet, EthernetIP, I/O Link, MODBUS, y anteriores)

·  Robótica Industrial programación, Cobots UR, Elite (similares), Industriales KUKA, FANUC (similares)

·  Desarrollo y mantenimiento de HMI, Sistemas de Vision, IA.

·  Liderar y ejecutar proyectos de automatización y mejora continua.

·  Supervisión y capacitación de técnicos de automatización y control.

·  Coordinación con proveedores e integradores externos.

·  Asegurar cumplimiento de normas de seguridad, calidad y estándares corporativos (Read Across)

·  Asegurar cumplimiento de normas de Cyber-seguridad (PITS).

·  Mejora continua de procesos.

·  Enfocado a Resultados, Cumplimiento de KPIS, Disponibilidad de horario.

·  Autodirigido 

Required Skills & Experience

Programación de PLC (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens). Robots Industriales, Cobots

·  Diagnóstico de fallas eléctricas y de control.

·  Lectura e Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos.

·  Desarrollo HMI.

·  Soporte a líneas de producción & Solución de problemas de Proceso.

·  Trabajo bajo presión y enfoque a resultados.

·  Programacion de Robot Industriales & Cobots

·  Experiencia en Sistemas MES & SCADA
