Responsabilities

 

  • Design, configure, and deploy MES solutions to support production operations and data collection.
  • Responsible for implementing developing, and configuring IT control and management systems for the production process.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Integrate MES with ERP systems and other shop floor equipment.
  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of MES - related issues.
  • Ensure MES systems comply with r4egulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuos improvement initiatives and system upgrades.

 

Required Skills and Experience

 

  • Engineering background
  • Experience in implementing, developing and configuring IT control and management systems for the production process
  • Ability to communicate results clearly to superiors
  • Good at reading, analyzing, and interpreting techincal procedures or documents
  • Excellence computer skills
  • Database knowledge (SQL, TSQL, PLSQL)
  • Skills in label development and design (ZPL II, Cab)
  • Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and compare them with concrete or abstract variables.
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Experience programming in .NET is a plus
