Your Tasks

  • Working together with application engineer to manufacturing process design. Potential adaptation of product for machinery, optimization of product and process.
  • Develop specifications for machines and tools for machine suppliers
  • Participate to project meeting to acknowledge project requirements, provide feedback to launch manager about tasks status and timing
  • Actively participate to PFEMA development, provide technical data related to process and equipment, take actions to mitigate RPN
  • Active participate to CP meetings, provide technical details about process and machineries
  • Responsible for CV parts if those are built on serial machines or processes. Active participate to early detect potential product issues
  • Responsible for DV parts if those are built on serial machines or processes. Active participate to early detect potential product issues
  • Responsible to ensure technical conditions for PV builds (machines and tools in serial conditions)
  • Responsible to define process parameters for every process step
  • Perform studies of capability and MSA for all processes and machines
  • Develop poka-yoke tools in cooperation with quality engineer
  • Develop GO/NoGO parts in cooperation with quality engineer
  • Write Wi and all other documents necessary for manufacturing process ( e.g. First Of / Last Of, production release docs)
  • Responsible for machines and tools pre-reception process (test machines on supplier location, define action plans for all issue identified and follow up)
  • Responsible for machines and tools final reception process
  • Test and correct all machinery bugs ( e.g. , software errors, sequence errors)
  • Provide technical feedback during customer audits, present and explain, if necessary, process and documentation
  • Present and explain all technical aspects, documents and data during audits
  • Support with process and machine data ( e.g. machines dimensions, process flow, required facilities - air, electricity and so on )
  • Participate and support all engineering build, create and provide builds reports
  • Organize meetings with machines and tools suppliers, ensure conformity, provide technical data
  • Update process parameters, WI update, label validation, MES update and so on
  • Machine and/or tools modification, implement supplementary process step
  • Ensure conformity of critical to quality characteristics
  • Comply with internal regulations, collective labor contract, and health and safety instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace according to 5S principles.
  • Perform any other tasks may occur but only related to the field of activity and in accordance with professional training.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all information about the employer/employees/collaborators.
  • Comply with and maintain IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems related to the workplace.

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in technical field or equivalent
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Good understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes
  • Very good oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Coaching skills
  • Working knowledge of the GDPEP process
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
