Your Tasks

  • Review and analyze daily production reports to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive efficiency and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain effective communication and provide leadership to ensure alignment and progress toward production goals.
  • Demonstrate a results-driven approach, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a focus on results, and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role will involve daily production analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance.

 

  • Proven experience in manufacturing processes and management of personal (essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, with attention to detail in identifying trends and driving solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving orientation with the ability to handle challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Focused on achieving results and meeting deadlines
