Responsabilities

  

•                Managing APQP and all launch quality deliverables

•                Submitting PPAP/PPF packages to BMW/Audi

•                Performing VDA 6.3 self-audits and supporting customer audits

•                Leading 8D problem solving with data-driven validation

•                Ensuring all Core Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan) are robust

•                Acting as the main interface with OEM quality teams

•                Driving improvements in manufacturing processes

Required Skills & Experience

•                VDA-specific Knowledge

•                For BMW, Audi, and VW Group suppliers, the following VDA knowledge is essential:

•                VDA 6.3 Process Auditor (highly valued; often required)

•                VDA 6.5 Product Audit

•                VDA MLA / Maturity Level Assurance for New Parts (BMW, Audi requirement)

•                Understanding of VDA Field Failure Analysis

•                IATF 16949 Core Knowledge

•                Customer-specific requirements (CSR), especially for:

•                BMW Group (GS 90002, GS 95008)

•                Audi / VW Formel-Q

•                Supplier quality portals: BMW AMS, VW Group B2B/ONE.KBP
