Responsabilities

  • Supervision and management of the supplier database
  • Manage the PPAPs of the components
  • Communication with customers and suppliers
  • Development and follow-up of supplier performance programs
  • Conduct supplier audits
  • Participation in continuous improvement programs for quality and productivity
  • Coordination of problem-solving related to components
  • Participation in the development of component quality planning
  • Timely follow-up on non-quality costs related to suppliers
  • Ensure the implementation of lessons learned and read-across with suppliers
  • Active participation in achieving all KPI targets

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • 5 years work experience in same position in automotive Industry
  • Experience in personnel management
  • SPC, DOE, FMEA,PPAP Expertise
  • Proficient on both written and conversational English
  • Highly experienced in 5 Whys,  8Ds, IATF 16949
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation skills
