Head of Corporate Security

Your Tasks:

• Global responsibility for Corporate Security and contact for internal and external organizations
• Area of responsibility extends from physical & travel security to incident & crisis management
• Responsible to set the governance and establish direction for the deployment and implementation of Corporate Security guidelines and policies, procedures and technology solutions that are aligned with the strategic objectives and priorities of the business
• Develop appropriate security programs to mitigate security risks and maintain regulatory corporate compliance. Make recommendations to business leaders/management to ensure alignment with current and future standards, customer requirements and enhancements that will secure and mitigate risks to acceptable level 
• Oversee and support planning, coordination and implementation of internal and external security assessments
• Monitor the impact of the regulatory environment on security requirements and initiatives, including examining the overall security status and effectiveness of the global program
• Planning, coordination and implementation of training programs and security campaigns to sensitize the workforce

Requirements:

• Outstanding expertise on national and international Security framework
• 10 years of expertise in international security management
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to work with all levels of personnel, inside and outside ZF LIFETEC and Authorities
• Completed academic studies in Security Engineering/Management or comparable field (alternatively, extensive experience in security roles within private/public sector or authorities with proven international security management 
• Experience in the development, implementation and operation of security programs as well as international experience and knowledge of security standards and best practices
• Clear commitment to the security field demonstrated through projects or personal initiatives
• Strong competence in process and problem analysis and solution finding
• Structured way of working, personal initiative and organization
• Business fluent in English, second language preferred
