Your Tasks

  • lead and develop the Performance Controlling function,
  • conduct financial deep dives of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow,
  • provide scenario modeling and business insights,
  • provide in-depth variance analysis,
  • collaborate and act as financial sparring partner for Business Units and Domains (Operations, R&D, SG&A),
  • generation and consolidation of the rolling forecast,
  • Financial Measure Tracking,
  • define Financial Performance Review.


Your Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Business Management or comparable field,
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a senior financial analyst, accountant or comparable,
  • proficient in Excel and PowerPoint,
  • strong problem solving and analytical skills,
  • strong communication skills,
  • fluent in English.
