Role Responsibilities 
Deliver reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT services across our sites. In this role, the Infrastructure Technology Analyst will partner with regional teams and service providers to operate and continuously improve our on-premises infrastructure and network security capabilities.

 

Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables

  • Operate and support Global IT infrastructure (servers, storage, LAN/WAN, telephony, end-user hardware, and IMACD services) in alignment with global service management processes and information security requirements
  • Deliver and support corporate, regional, and local infrastructure services across assigned locations, including adoption and expansion of collaboration and video conferencing solutions
  • Contribute to infrastructure and network architecture by defining baseline standards (e.g., workplace/client build, server and storage patterns, network design) in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Define and maintain IT infrastructure architecture documentation (network segmentation, routing/switching standards, connectivity patterns, and resiliency design)
  • Communicate architecture standards and technical requirements to service providers, ensuring consistent implementation and measurable service outcomes
  • Capture infrastructure and security requirements from application and business streams (availability, performance, connectivity, and compliance) and translate them into implementable designs
  • Lead infrastructure change management with service providers, including risk assessment, implementation planning, maintenance windows, and post-change validation
  • Own and support enterprise firewall technologies (policy design, rule base lifecycle, NAT, site-to-site and remote-access VPN, logging/monitoring, and high availability) to protect plant and office environments
  • Provide hands-on expertise with Juniper technologies including configuration standards, troubleshooting, and operational readiness
  • Administer and enhance Network Access Control (NAC) using Aruba ClearPass (policy enforcement, profiling, onboarding, certificate-based access, and integration with wired/wireless infrastructure)

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering is required
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience preferred
  • Strong foundation in IT infrastructure, including networking and server management
  • A demonstrated ability for managing large/ complex projects preferred
  • Critical thinking, communication, and research skills
  • Professional English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong customer and business empathy with the ability to translate business needs into practical IT and security solutions.
  • Hands-on infrastructure expertise across workplace technologies, server/storage operations, and enterprise networking (routing, switching, Wi-Fi)
  • Proven vendor, contract, and SLA management skills, including service performance tracking and continuous improvement
  • User-centric mindset with strong incident/problem management and a focus on improving service reliability
  • Deep knowledge of network security fundamentals and controls, including firewall policy management, VPN technologies, and network segmentation
  • Experience with Juniper and Aruba ClearPass administration/troubleshooting (or equivalent platforms) and the ability to standardize configurations across multiple sites
  • Security tools expertise, such as SIEM/log management, endpoint protection (EDR/AV), vulnerability scanning, patching compliance, and network troubleshooting/packet capture tools
