Job description:

  • Communication interface between customer and sales team
  • Lead of prototype management: proactive tracking of customer orders from the receipt of Purchase Order until invoicing
  • Data input and maintenance of data in SAP
  • Support of the sales team with organizational and administrative tasks
  • Preparation of internal and external meetings, creation of presentations and reports

 

Requirements:

  • MS Office / IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient English skills in speaking and writing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
  • German language proficiency will be a plus
  • SAP experience is nice to have
