Your Tasks：

  • Prepare annual Capex OP and monthly rolling forecast, collect investment requests from plant different kinds of functions. As the Coordinator between plant and global BU investment controller, communicate with plant in time for kinds of task and adjustment from BU.
  • 负责准备年度资本支出计划和每月滚动预测，收集工厂各类部门的投资申请。作为工厂和全球事业部投资控制员之间的协调人，及时与工厂沟通各类任务和事业部的调整。
  • Support Capex approval workflow, reports preparation, BPM new program maintain.
  • 协助资本支出审批流程、报表准备，以及维护新的BPM程序等。
  • Track CAPEX spending vs OP, analyze variances, regularly issue CAPEX status report. Cooperate with plant functions to optimize investment efficiency and control investment risk
  • 跟踪资本支出与预算的差异，分析差异，定期发布资本支出状态报告与工厂各部门合作，优化投资效率，控制投资风险。
  • Monitor project progress, perform CIP and capitalization assessment, coordinate asset capitalization. Capex related Dep and cashflow RF and OP preparation
  • 监控项目进度，进行持续改进和资本化评估，协调资产资本化。与资本支出相关的折旧和现金流 RF 及 OP 准备
  • Track different types of plant expenses, including collecting, accruing, and releasing, to make sure all plant costs are covered.
  • 跟踪工厂费用，包括收集、计提和入账后的释放，确保工厂费用入账的完整性
  • Support for kinds of updates related to local Government (eg. BOD members, local banks)
  • 协助完成与地方政府相关的各种更新（例如董事会成员、地方银行印鉴等）
  • Support for Internal and external audits (Mainly focus on Capex, CIP, FA, expense related)
  • 协助内外审相关的业务(主要关注跟自己负责内容相关的部分，投资，在建工程等)
  • Local government related reports declaration (eg. Statistics bureau)
  • 政府相关报表申报(例如统计局相关月报，季度报表和年度申报)
  • Other assignments from direct Supervisor. 完成上级安排的其他工作
  • 3年以上相关财务工作经验 , 生产制造型公司总账/税务/财务分析岗位类更佳

Your Profile：

  • Above 3 years relevant working experience, manufacturing GL/Tax experiences/Finance analysis is perfect
  • 财会类相关本科学历
  • University with bachelor degree in finance/accounting/tax
  • 读写熟练, 口语可以跟国外同事简单交流
  • Fluency in both written and reading English, oral English could be the level of simply communicate with global colleagues
  • Software skills in ERP (QAD, SAP), Excel & Word.
  • 初级以上专业资质优选(ACCA, CPA is plus)
  • Certificate of profession (Basic or above)
