Your task:
Leading daily activities of the production team, according to the ZF Lifetec Way
•Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures throughout the production process.
•Analyze production line performance and identify imbalances or bottlenecks.
•Leadership of the production staff in the team (process, technical, disciplinary, safety)
•1st contact person for any prod. issues & people issue.
•Lead, coach, mentor and develop team leaders, proposes a development plan and educational activities
•Ensures efficient use of resources, allocate resources to implement production plan.
•Controls and manages the quality and efficiency of the production process, corrective/preventive measures
•Audit and comply with Work instructions, Standard work (LPA)
•Drive continuous improvement projects to achieve the KPI’s target of the production
•Drive SFM L3 and operation performance
•Create safe and sustainable production environment.
•Processes payroll (attendance, bonuses, reward, etc.) and vacation planning for his subordinates
•Organize the implementation of ZF Lifetec Production System elements, e.g. TPM on-line., problem solving , 5S , line balancing, lean philosophy (Kaizen) etc.
•Comply with internal regulations, collective labor contract, and health and safety instructions.
•Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace according to 5S principles.
•Perform any other tasks may occur but only related to the field of activity and in accordance with professional training.
•Maintain confidentiality regarding all information about the employer/employees/collaborators.
•Comply with and maintain IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems related to the workplace.
Your profile:
•Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
•Technician’s or master craftsman’s training or similar
•2+ years solid working experience in Operations
•1+ year leadership experience
•Transformation competence and organizational development skills
•Coaching and Mentoring Skills
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Business / Finance Management Acumen
•Results-oriented
•In Dept- Knowledge in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Production
•Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
