Process Manufacturing Engineer/Expert

Your Task：

负责整个方向盘包覆工艺过程.

Responsible for the entire steering wheel covering manufacturing process.

对新设备新项目进行投产阶段的确认, 并做好与AME的交接.

Perform qualification of new equipment/machine in the launch phase, and well handover from AME.

主导项目版型的开发和验证, 并在投产阶段支持样件制作.

Lead line installation and debug in plant, and support sample build during launch phase.

全面参与解决与产品,工艺和设备相关的问题.

Fully involve in problem solving related to product, process, and equipment from machine qualification.

全面支持包覆进行工艺和产品问题分析.

Fully support production line to do the process and product issue analysis.

持续改进生产工艺以缩短生产周期和提高生产效率.

Continuously improve manufacturing processes to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.

研究和改进工艺流程, 确保人力, 机器和设备的合理利用.

Study and improve of process flow to ensure utilization of manpower, machine and equipment as optimized.

参与新生产线设计评审, 并与AME一起提高生产线利用率.

Involve into new line design review, and work with AME to improve line utilization.

确保所有工艺文件的及时编制, 例如PFMEA, PFC和其他生产线文件.

Ensure all process documentation prepared in time, example PFMEA, PFC and other line documents.

对操作工, 维修人员和质量人员进行工艺/产品培训.

Perform process/product training for operators, maintenances and quality staff as well.

Your Profile：

3年以上真皮/超纤皮皮包覆相关工作经验

3 years+ of experience in leather/synthetic leather bag coating work

本科学历, 机械电子材料工程等专业

Bachelor's degree, majoring in Mechanical, Electronic and Materials Engineering, etc.

对所负责区域的产品和工艺有专业水平的知识.

Have the professional level of knowledge about product and process in responsible area.

有专业的工程知识水平, 特别是在真皮假皮包覆工艺方面.

Have the professional engineering level of knowledge especially in mechanics and machine building.

较强的解决问题和决策能力.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

良好的理解和执行质量体系, 包括环境标准.

Good understanding and implementation of Quality Systems, including Environmental standards.

良好的中英文沟通能力.

Good communication in both Chinese and English.
