Process Maunfacturing Engineer

Your Task:
- Responsible for all OPW weaving process(include Warping/Weaving/Lamination/Inspection).
- Perform qualification of new machine in the launch phase, and well handover to ME by MQ1.
- Lead new line installation and debug in plant, and support sample build during launch phase.
- Fully involve in problem solving related to new product, process, and equipment issue.
- Fully support new production line to do the process and product issue analysis.
- Support new line design review, and work with cross-function team from plant to improve line utilization.
- Ensure all new process documentation prepared in time, example PFMEA, PFC and other line documents.
- Responsible for perform process/product training for operators, maintenances and quality staff as well.
Your Profile:
- 3+ years experience in mechanical assembly and Auto industry experience
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical and electronic engineering
- Above 3 years hands on experience of OPW weaving process is preferred.
- Have the professional level of knowledge about product and process in responsible area.
- Have the professional engineering level of knowledge especially in mechanics and machine building.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding and implementation of Quality Systems, including Environmental standards.
- Good communication in both Chinese and English.
- Have good computer skills especially MS Office package, and AUTOCAD as well.
- PLC knowledge and automation sense plus
