1.    参与FMEA和过程开发，主导制定产品控制计划，协助新项目样件制作
Involve in FMEA and process development, lead Production Control Plan development, support sample build during new project development.
2.    主导过程质量控制开发，新项目及量产阶段的过程尺寸改进
Lead on in-process quality control process development and continuous improvements during new project development and mass production period.
3.    主导监控和改善过程一次不良率，质量成本以及报废率的降低，以及问题解决的改善项目
Lead in-process quality monitoring and improvement through FTQ improvement, Quality Cost and Scrap reduction, problem solving project etc. 
and take actions for continuous improvements on in-process quality metrics.
4.    协调控制，校验过程，以及检验工装及测量设备的使用方法；
Coordinate the control, calibration and usage of inspection gauges and measuring equipment’s.
5.    主导不合格品控制流程及不良品处理，并且主导返工、拆解过程的控制（若适用）；
Leading Non-conformity management and handling; and lead on rework/disassembly process management if applicable.
6.    主导与过程相关的客户，内部以及供应商的改善及预防对策跟踪
Lead and monitoring in-process relevant customer, internal and supplier corrective and preventive actions.
7.    主导生产过程中的内部经验教训及水平展开
Lead manufacturing process lesson learned & read across internally.
8.    协助内外部质量系统，过程及产品审核
Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits.
