Your Tasks

  • Drive excellence on quality performance thru Quality KPIs
  • Product Safety Representative (PSR)
  • Member of Plant Staff Management in charged to develop quality improvement strategies
  • Lead Head of Plant to perform Management Review according to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards
  • Drive compliance with quality management systems standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) and customer specific requirements
  • Drive quality assurance on production processes through quality controls and ensuring meeting of internal and external quality requirements of products and processes
  • Responsible to escalate quality concerns to upper management
  • Responsible of APQP/Project planning compliance according to organization and customer requirements
  • Responsible of laboratory/testing scope and compliance with calibration processes according (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) and customer requirements
  • Drive resolution and prevention of customer quality concerns
  • Lead strategies to meet and exceed customer satisfaction
  • Responsible of supplier quality assurance management and processes at the plant, such as supplier concern management and incoming inspection.

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Min 5 years experience in the automotive sector in Quality at Manager level or above
  • Technical background in occupant safety systems components 
  • Experience in Air bags sewing and assemble process is a must
  • IATF Rules, implementation and surveillance audits 
  • Demonstration of Gemba Kanri walks
  • Drawing interpretation and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Problem Solving, organizational skills, team work, communication skills and targets oriented
  • Domain of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC)
  • 6 Sigma Advance Statistics or Shanin will be desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Availability to travel, US visa
  • Advanced English /fluent
