Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a communicative person who will be the first point of contact for our customers in all areas of quality on behalf of ZF Lifetec. Join us and get a sign on bonus of 60.000 CZK.

What will be your task?

  • Regular communication with the customer, resolution of complaints and requests
  • 8D Guidance and Control process
  • Preparation of customer visits/customer audits, presentations
  • Cooperation on audits
  • Provision of methodological activities, processing of analyses

We would like to find a colleague who:

  • has at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • has a secondary school/university in a technical field
  • has language skills English - B1, German - an advantage
  • MS Office - user knowledge, SAP as an advantage
  • has the following knowledge: orientation in drawing documentation, 8D process, metrology, knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001/45001, Formel Q, FMEA - an advantage
  • ŘP sk. B

  • Reduced working hours 37.5 hours/week
  • flexible working hours (solid core 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.)

  • annual bonus of up to CZK 18,000 (according to the company's results)
