Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic specialist in the digitization of business processes who is proficient in MS Power Apps, Power BI and ideally has experience with the digitization of production and non-production processes. We are looking for someone who has a passion for innovation, likes to improve existing processes and wants to be a driver of change in modern technologies.

What will you do with us?

Design and implement digitization, automation and robotization of business processes
Develop apps in Microsoft Power Apps to support internal processes and manage interactive reports in Power BI.
Actively participate in the creation and implementation of digitization and automation strategies
analyze processes, evaluate and, if necessary, propose their optimization
Collaborate to implement lean manufacturing principles (Lean: PDCA, 5S, Kanban, VSM, SMED, Kaizen, TPM)
Actively participate in the further development of digitization initiatives across the company
Participate in the fulfilment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve savings in the production plant

What kind of colleague do we want?

Experienced Power Apps developer, Power BI (knowledge of other programming languages is an advantage)
MS Excel Advanced User (VBA)
An analytically and project-savvy professional with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of databases, application development, and programming
Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively

What do we offer?

Reduced working hours to 37.5 hours/week
Flexible working hours (solid core 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.)
5 weeks of vacation
Annual bonus of up to CZK 18,000
Contribution to supplementary pension insurance in the amount of CZK 1400 per month
