Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a colleague for the position of PS Facilitator, who will work on continuous improvement and increasing the efficiency of manufacturing facilities in our company.
What will you be doing with us?
- You will be part of the Lean team, where you will develop a lean culture within the company
- Apply lean methods within the company's manufacturing processes
- Propose innovative approaches to improve competitiveness
- Actively participate in the further development of digitalization initiatives across the company
- Contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and realize financial savings in the manufacturing plant
- Independently lead teams and facilitate Lean workshops
What do we offer?
- Reduced working hours of 37.5 hours/week
- Flexible working hours (core hours 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
