ZF Passive Safety Systems is the world's second-largest manufacturer of passive safety systems, dedicated to the development and production of intelligent seat belt systems, steering wheel systems, airbag modules and gas generators. It employs more than 35,000 people at 45 locations in 20 countries in Europe, North and South America, and Asia.
Right now, we are looking for a new colleague to join SBS Global operations team. You will be based in Stará Boleslav, Czech Republic with opportunities to travel.
We are looking for someone to lead testing activities of global multiple location.

Responsibilities for job

  • Manage End-of-Line (EOL) testing of ACR systems
  • Play a key role in developing new ACR EOL tester hardware/software
  • Develop and program test procedures, troubleshoot machines, and drive process improvements with equipment suppliers
  • Implement new projects and test setups in cooperation with RD and prototype teams
  • Lead change management for test procedures and daily testing activities
  • Analyze production issues, scrap, and ECU failures
  • Support traceability system upgrades and cybersecurity (CyS) implementation
  • Maintain EOL tester documentation (PFMEA, TPM)

Personal qualifications

  • Technical education (university or 2+ years of hands-on technical experience)
  • English B1+, additional languages
  • Experience in automotive electronics testing is preferred
  • Familiarity with scripting/programming and IT infrastructure
  • Diagnostic and CAN bus experience are strong advantages
  • Knowledge of technical drawing
  • MS Office, One Drive, Windows
