Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a leader with a solid knowledge of accounting and financial processes, who has experience in leading a team and is not afraid to take responsibility for accurate and timely financial reporting.
What will you do with us?
- manage your team, collaborate and coordinate activities with SSC (Shared Service Center)
- report to superiors, conduct meetings and participate in the selection of subordinate training
- ensure timely and proper processing of financial and financial statements
- cooperate with tax advisors on the preparation of documents for the calculation of income tax
- process VAT returns in the Czech Republic and Germany, prepare documents for VAT processing in other European countries
- prepare a withholding tax notice for the tax office and give instructions on the payment of this tax to the SSC
- cooperate in the search for potential cost savings, implement SixSgima projects
- represent the financial accounting department in relation to other departments within the company and to external entities
- create guidelines and directives to better define selected operations that could be problematic
- Cooperation with the Controlling Department
We would like to find a new colleague who has:
- advanced knowledge of accounting methods and Czech accounting standards
- advanced knowledge of tax regulations
- audit experience
- basic knowledge of SAP or another accounting program
- basic knowledge of international IFRS standards
- knowledge of cost center issues
- 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Secondary school min. - 5 years of experience in a similar position
- University min. - 2 years of experience in a similar position
- English - level B2 (frequent communication)
- Microsoft Office - User Knowledge
- communication, presentation and organizational skills and abilities
- Independence, responsibility, diligence and team approach
- active approach to problem solving, ability to lead a team of people
- creativity, innovation and the ability to constantly improve
- ŘP sk. B - active driver, willingness to travel

- Reduced working hours of 37.5 hours/week
