Main Tasks /Responsibilities

Skills / Competencies
  • Design and develop Quality Assurance strategy and plan.
  • Assess quality requirements in the project and provide estimations.
  • Evaluate and ensure the project specific tailoring in accordance with customer and standard demands.
  • Perform Work Product Reviews, Process Reviews, Gate Reviews and Release Reviews.
  • Assess process compliance and report the non-conformances.
  • Assess that the supplier development activities are meeting the agreed requirements.
  • Monitor and track the progress and closure of the identified quality non-conformances.
  • Monitor and adjust the Quality Assurance activities to ensure customer demands are satisfied.
  • Participate in Assessment representing Quality Assurance process.
  • Generate and report the Quality Assurance status.
  • Provide gaps identified with respect to the Process Definition as an input for Process Improvement activities (Process Change Control Board).
  • Provide Process Coaching and Mentoring to Project Teams.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Engineering Quality Assurance.
  • ASPICE Provisional Assessor (Training and Certification – ISO 15504).
  • Knowledge of Quality Standard (e.g. IATF 16949).
  • Knowledge of the Review Methods, experience in performing Reviews.
  • Knowledge in System, Hardware and Software Engineering.
  • Understanding of Metrics and tools to analyze Metrics.
  • Good communication and moderation skills.
  • Good English language skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of ASPICE for Cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity (e.g. ISO 21434).
  • Knowledge of Functional Safety (e.g. ISO 26262).
  • Knowledge of tools like Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody, PTC Integrity, Windchill, ZF standard infrastructure tools, Quality Management System i.e., STAGES and Symbio.

Requirements

 

Qualifications

 

 

Completed studies in engineering.

Experience in comparable subject

 

Professional Experiences/Knowledge

 

Experience working in in Automotive company ( Tier1 or Tier2 or OEM).

Experience in ASPICE, ISO 9001, CMMI.

Experience in Process definition and rollouts.

Experience as Quality Engineer should have handled projects.

Having project management or development experience is a plus.
