Your Tasks

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse candidates.
  • Responsible of prescreening, manager interviews and selection.
  • Lead an end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Build strong and long-lasting trusted relationships with the Hiring Managers and the HR community.
  • Build a precise Sourcing and TA strategy.
  • Provide a high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods
  • Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
  • Understands market availability and is update with recruiting trends.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

 

Your Profile

  • University degree or above.
  • 3-5 years’ experience or above in HR function.
  • Familiar with recruitment procedure and process.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English knowledge it’s an advantage).
  • Creativity, initiative, understanding/reaction to issues, good teamwork in virtual environments.
  • Ability to learn by doing, work under pressure and analytical skills.
