Cybersecurity Expert – Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

· Promote cyber security lifecycle and corresponding processes, deliverables.

· Create and maintain Cybersecurity Item Definition, Cybersecurity Impact Analysis, Cybersecurity Plan, TARA, Cybersecurity Concept, Residual Risk Report and Cybersecurity case report.

· Perform Vulnerability analysis.

· Communicate with Customer and Suppliers on Development Interface Agreement and requests signing-off.

· Evaluate Cybersecurity requirements and provide technical security and risk analysis.

· Cyber Security Expert interface (ZF internal and external to customer).

· Support Cybersecurity incidence response.

· Coordination with development teams regarding Cybersecurity related needs.

· Analyse and Structure the Cybersecurity Content for the System Requirements.

· Reviews technical Cybersecurity Work Products.

· Monitors and Reports the Cybersecurity Work Products Status to the project and within the Cybersecurity Function.

· Support towards Cybersecurity process improvement activities.

· Participate and support activities related to Cybersecurity audits at organization level.

 

Qualification:

· Bachelor/ Master’s degree in electronics, mechatronics or equivalent or comparable qualification in embedded software systems

· At least 6+ years of Automotive industry experience and more than 3 years year of experience in Automotive cybersecurity activities

· Experience in electronics / systems / software design and development

· Experience in the application cybersecurity standards like ISO 21434, UNECE

· Experience in the application of system security analyses like Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA /TARA), FTA, FMEA

· Fluent in English speaking and writing. Having German language skills is a plus.

 

Desirable:

· Proficient in UML

· Experience in embedded software development as well as knowledge in the field of IT and embedded security

· Knowledge around cryptography and signature procedures or digital certificates

· Experience in Automotive SPICE
