Tarefas

  • Gestão de não conformidades internas, externas bem como aplicar as ferramentas 8D, A3 e Resposta Rápida;
  • Responsável por acompanhar e participar de auditorias internas e externas (IATF 16949:2016/VDA/MPA);
  • Responsável pela gestão de custos de Não Qualidade, bem como identificar principais causas e elaborar planos para melhoria do processo;
  • Elaborar os relatórios mensais da Qualidade e planos de ação (se aplicável);
  • Análise de causa raiz para problemas internos e externos;
  • Acompanhar visita de clientes;
  • Desenvolver a melhoria contínua do processo produtivo com base nas análises dos KPIs;
  • Responsável pela validação de novas linhas de montagem;
  • Realizar revalidação anual dos produtos e auditorias de processos. 

 

Perfil

  • Curso Técnico e/ou Profissionalizante em Qualidade,Processos, Mecânica e correlatos. 
  • Pacote Office Intermediário;
  • Conhecimento em equipamentos de medição (Paquímetro, Micrômetro, Relógio Comparador e correlatos;
