Tarefas

 

  • Realizar análises de peças e componentes, emitindo laudos técnicos com base em inspeções e medições;
  • Efetuar bloqueios e liberações de materiais no sistema, conforme resultados das avaliações da qualidade;
  • Apoiar as áreas produtivas na análise, contenção e tratativa de não conformidades;
  • Controlar custos relacionados à não qualidade e realizar os respectivos apontamentos nos sistemas aplicáveis;
  • Acompanhar e orientar atividades de inspeção, seleção e retrabalho;
  • Gerenciar materiais rejeitados, devoluções e processos de descarte conforme procedimentos internos;
  • Realizar auditorias de processos e procedimentos internos, assegurando conformidade com normas, requisitos e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos.

 

 

Perfil

 

  • Curso Técnico Completo em Qualidade, Mecânica ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência na área de Qualidade, Inspeção e Auditoria;
  • Conhecimento em instrumentos de medição e interpretação de desenhos técnicos;
  • Vivência com processos produtivos e tratativas de não conformidades.
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office.
