Tarefas

  • Desenvolver e Validar o processo produtivo / componente no Fornecedores;
  • Realizar a Gestão da Qualidade nos Fornecedores da base;
  • Realizar Análise de Causa Raiz e Modo de falha junto ao Fornecedores;
  • Realizar Gestão de Escalonamento no Fornecedores quando aplicado;
  • Realizar Auditorias no processo produtivo do Fornecedores (base VDA);
  • Realizar a Gestão de recuperação de custo no Fornecedores;
  • Trabalhar no Desenvolvimento e melhoria Contínua junto ao Fornecedores;
  • Suporte ao processo produtivo interna da empresa;
  • Responsável pelos KPIs da Qualidade de Fornecedores;
  • Participa de reuniões junto ao time Global.

 

Perfil

  • Formação completa em Engenharia;
  • CREA Ativo;
  • Inglês Avançado;
  • Pacote Office Intermediário;
  • Conhecimento sólido das ferramentas da qualidade;
  • Experiência na função e na área automotiva;
  • Disponibilidade para visitas em Fornecedores.
