Tarefas 

  • Acompanhamento dos pagamentos dos clientes (overdue) bem como débitos.
  • Emissão de Ordens de Vendas (OV’s) para emissão de NFs de amostras, peças para eventos e reembolso de ferramental.
  • Auxiliar no processo de reembolso de ferramental junto ao cliente (elaboração de book de ferramental, acompanhamento do contrato de comodato e etc).
  • Suportar na criação e atualização de uma nova oportunidade de Vendas no sistema Sales Core.
  • Facilitar o processo de RFQs baixando os documentos dos clientes nos respectivos portais, auxiliando o follow-up com time multifuncional, abrindo processo no BQT, ajudando nas apresentações, incluindo os tópicos na agenda e etc.
  • Apoiar no levantamento das informações (NFs, invoices, custos logísticos e etc) para negociações com os clientes.
  • Atualização dos índices de mercado (FX, IGPM, IPCA, entre outros).
  • Responder nos portais dos clientes as consultas de capacidade.

 

Perfil

  • Ensino Superior cursando em Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
  • Pacote office intermediário
  • Desejável inglês intermediário
  • Conhecimento em Power BI/Power Apps
