Procuramos um/a profissional para gerir tempos (SAP) e tarefas administrativas de RH em Ponte de Lima (PEC). Será responsável por garantir a correta imputação de tempos, manter os dados mestres atualizados e prestar apoio aos colaboradores nas suas dúvidas relacionadas.

Substituição temporária, 12 meses.

 

Especialista em Gestão de Tempos (SAP) e

Administração de Recursos Humanos

 

Tarefas

  • Validação e controlo de registos de ponto, ausências e permissões no SAP.
  • Atualização de dados de colaboradores e documentação laboral.
  • Criação de relatórios de tempos e absentismo.
  • Atendimento e resolução de incidências relacionadas com a gestão de tempos.  

 

Perfil            

  • Licenciatura em gestão, psicologia, sociologia / Técnico Superior Profissional (TeSP) en Gestão Financeira e Contabilística ou similar
  • Experiência em SAP HCM (módulo de Gestão de Tempos).
  • Conhecimento da legislação laboral portuguesa.
  • Domínio avançado de Excel.
  • Capacidade de organização e atenção ao detalhe

 

Desejável:

  • Experiência em ambientes multinacionais.
  • Competências de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.
