The ZF LIFETEC plant is located in Lourdes, Colón

 

Your Tasks

  • Efficiently supervise production lines or modules, ensuring quality, order, and meeting goals.
  • Lead and coordinate assigned personnel, promoting discipline and teamwork.
  • Ensure production flow and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Record and report key indicators: rejects, downtime, machine throughput, among others.
  • Collaborate with the quality department to manage and resolve sewing issues.

 

Your Profile

  • Training in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Textile, or similar).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supervising production (experience in sewing is a plus).
  • Leadership skills, problem-solving, organization, and focus on results.
  • Problem-solving methodologies 
  • Continuous improvement tools
  • Microsoft Office
