Your Tasks

  • Efficiently supervise production lines or modules, ensuring quality, organization, and the achievement of targets.
  • Lead and coordinate assigned personnel, fostering discipline and teamwork.
  • Ensure smooth production flow and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Record and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as rejection rates, downtime, and machine output.
  • Collaborate with the Quality department to manage and resolve sewing-related issues.

 

Your Profile

  • Educational background in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Textile, or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in production supervision; sewing experience is a plus.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, organization, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office).
  • Additional knowledge: Problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
