1. Sourcing and Screening:
  • Identifying potential candidates:
    Recruiters actively search for individuals who possess the necessary skills and experience for open roles. 
     
  • Reviewing resumes and applications:
    They evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience to determine their suitability for the position. 
     
  • Using various sourcing methods:
    This includes online job boards, social media, professional networks, and other recruiting tools. 
     
2. Managing the Interview Process:
  • Scheduling interviews: Recruiters coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 
     
  • Conducting initial interviews: They may conduct phone screens or initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability. 
     
  • Managing interview feedback: They gather feedback from interviewers and communicate it to the candidates. 
     
3. Hiring and Onboarding:
  • Negotiating job offers: Recruiters work with candidates to finalize compensation and benefits. 
     
  • Facilitating offers and employment negotiations: They ensure that the candidate's experience is positive and that the offer meets their needs. 
     
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience: They aim to build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 
     
4. Additional Responsibilities:
  • Creating and posting job descriptions:
    Recruiters write and post job descriptions to attract qualified candidates. 
     
  • Working with hiring managers:
    They collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements. 
     
  • Tracking recruitment metrics:
    They monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of their recruitment efforts.
