Ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll processes in full compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, guaranteeing precision in calculations, proper application of social security and tax regulations, and providing efficient support to employees, contributing to the effective operation of the Shared Services Center.

Payroll calculation (weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly).

  Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT).

  IMSS:

  • Salary Base Contribution (SBC).
  • Incapacities and occupational risks.
  • Employee movements (hire, termination, salary changes).

  Income Tax (ISR):

  • Tax calculations.
  • Employment subsidy.

  INFONAVIT:

  • Mortgage credits and deductions.
  • Discount types.

  FONACOT (basic knowledge).

  Statutory benefits:

  • Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo)
  • Vacation and vacation premium
  • Profit Sharing (PTU)
  • Terminations and severance calculations

  Payroll CFDI generation and stamping.
