Your Tasks

  • Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
  • Providing proactive, responding promptly to customer inquiries & ensure delivery on time.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 

Your Profile

  • Collegue Degree
  • 5 years of experience.
  • SAP/OR9 Knowledge.
  • Automotive Industry experience: Principal Ford
  • Ford supplier portal, disputes process, routing instructions, add & cancel extra routes, Ford warning alerts, ascent Portal, delivery performance portal.
  • Bilingual - Oral & Written.
  • APICS Certificate is a plus.
  • Analytical; Team work
  • Assertive negotiation.
  • Effective communication.
