Your Tasks

  • Lead and drive effectiveness of the GDPEP process, including active participation in gate reviews, GDPEP meetings, and pre‑launch build events;
  • Monitor compliance of all product testing and validation activities throughout development phases;
  • Maintain, assess, and document retained risks and deliverables for each GDPEP phase;
  • Lead all launch management and safe launch activities to ensure smooth and robust product introduction into serial production;
  • Lead new project implementations on the production shop floor, ensuring proper execution of the change approval process;
  • Lead and ensure successful completion of the PPAP process to obtain customer approval for new or modified products;
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor launch execution activities;
  • Conduct launch‑related audits including Process Readiness Audits, R‑FMEA reviews, and Mistake-Proofing Audits to ensure readiness and risk control;
  • Oversee the release of new or updated processes, production lines, and products, including creation and validation of production documentation, work instructions, and control plans;
  • Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the corporate organization to align technical expectations and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements;
  • Manage, update, and maintain customer APQP portals/databases, ensuring timely and accurate communication of project status and deliverables.

     

Your Profile

  • University Degree;
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Quality;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • APQP methodology expertise, FMEA, Control Plan development, PPAP submission, SPC & Statistical analysis;
  • 8D problem solving knowledge;
  • Customer communication, attention to details & documentation discipline.
