Your tasks:

  • Create and deliver CSR activities (proposal, planning, budgeting, risk analysis, implementation and feedback);
  • Ensures internal & external communication for the plant according to communication plan;
  • Provides and implements employer branding ideas & activities;
  • Conduct exit interviews and employee discussions;
  • Organize the internal employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Create and implement local incentive programs and any type of activities to increase employee engagement.

 

Your profile:

  • University degree;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • MS Office knowledge;
  • Ability to coordinate events;
  • Very good communication and presentation skills;
  • Organized, good learner and willingness to constantly improve the activity and processes.
