Your Tasks
- Coordinates materials and production planning activities in alignment with the operational plan;
- Ensures continuous alignment between material availability, production capacity, and delivery schedules;
- Monitors inventory levels and optimize logistics flows to keep them within established limits while maintaining uninterrupted production;
- Prepares and updates logistics plans based on demand evolution and internal capacity;
- Leads production capacity planning activities in correlation with materials planning and production scheduling;
- Sets and updates system parameters for new projects and existing products;
- Identifies risks that may cause disruptions in the logistics flow and proposes preventive and corrective actions;
- Implements solutions to recover from potential delays or operational non‑conformities;
- Continuously develops team competencies to ensure adherence to departmental procedures and work instructions;
- Prepares logistics reports requested by the manager and provides timely updates on issues requiring heightened attention.
Your Profile
- University degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the filed or in a similar role;
- Proficiency in English;
- SAP operating knowledge;
- Strong understanding of production processes from a logistics perspective (production planning, material flow);
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, along with strong time and resource management abilities.
