Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ertragssteuerliche Beratung von inländischen Konzerngesellschaften (Kapital- und Personengesellschaften)
  • Analyse komplexer Steuervorschriften gemäß gesetzlichen Anforderungen und Bestimmungen
  • Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Steuerbilanzen sowie E-Bilanzen, Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden und Führen von Rechtsbehelfsverfahren
  • Organisation und Betreuung von Betriebsprüfungen, Einarbeitung der Ergebnisse in die Steuererklärungen
  • Entwicklung von Lösungen zur optimalen Steuerplanung
  • Entwicklung und Erstellung von Steuerrichtlinien und Prozessbeschreibungen
  • Erstellung von Grund- und, Grunderwerbsteuererklärungen
  • Berechnung laufender und latenter Steuern im Rahmen des Konzernabschlusses (IAS 12)
  • Systembetreuung für Steuer-Software (Datev und hmd)
  • Entwicklung und Pflege einer Vorlage für einbehaltene ausländische Quellensteuern 
  • Unterstützung ausländischer Unternehmen in Bezug auf deutsche Umsatzsteuer (Steuererklärungen, Betriebsprüfung)

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern und mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in Steuerabteilung eines Industrieunternehmens, einer Steuerberatungsgesellschaft oder der Finanzverwaltung. Ein erfolgreich abgelegtes Steuerberaterexamen ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des nationalen Unternehmersteuerrechts.
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Datev sowie Affinität zur Nutzung von verschiedenen Tax Reporting Tools, E-Bilanz Softwares 
  • Hohes Maß an selbstständigem  und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
  • Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
