Your Tasks

  • Managing all aspects of a project over the entire life of the project as shown by the following Project Phases:  Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.
  • Balance the competing demands of scope, time, and cost (also known as the “triple constraint”).
  • For supporting / managing acquisition activities during GDPEP 1 and 2 phases on a case-by-case basis as agreed with program management director and/or sales management lead.
  • Managing the customer interface from GDPEP Phases 3-8.
  • For interfacing with all areas affected by the project, ensuring successful integration of all project work products.

 

Your profile

  • At least 10 years Project Management experience in the automotive industry through the entire project life cycle as outlined in the PMI PMBOK (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Closing)
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering or related technical field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrate high levels of interpersonal communication skills with the ability to impact and influence others.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem solving using conceptual thinking.
  • Preferred PMP-certification through the Program Management Institute (PMI).
