Your Task:
- The Project Manager is responsible for managing predominantly projects within the business unit in accordance with ZF Lifetec’s new product introduction management process requirements. And in accordance with PMI standards, is responsible for managing all aspects of a project over the entire life of the project as shown by the following process: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.
- Translated to ZF Lifetec standards, further detail follows. The Project Manager is responsible:For being involved with the project from GDPEP 1-8. For supporting / managing acquisition activities during GDPEP 1 and 2 phases on a case-by-case basis as agreed with program management director and/or sales management lead.
- Managing the customer interface from GDPEP Phases 3-8.
- For interfacing with all areas affected by the project, ensuring successful integration of all project work products.
- The project manager is responsible to balance the competing demands of scope, time, and cost (also known as the “triple constraint”)
