Your Task:

  • Overall responsibility for tax planning, reporting and compliance with local and international tax laws and regulations in the region, notably tax filing by statutory filing deadlines.
  • Manage local tax audits and establish relationship with provincial tax authorities (China)
  • Responsible for the preparation of the tax reporting packages for APAC entities; support in negotiations with JV Partners and suppliers/customers related to tax issues
  • Support in international tax planning, cash optimization and other ad-hoc tax projects such as mergers and acquisitions.
  • Business partnering and establishing effective lines of communication with relevant peers and contacts in other functions and regions.

Your Profile:

  • 10+ year experience in Tax management / advisory, very strong technical skills
  • Business understanding and strong business orientation (cross-functional focus, customer centricity, solution-oriented)
  • Strong communication and advanced process-management skill
  • Motivator & team leading skills
  • Excellent command of English language
